This is such a guilty pleasure. Go ahead, admit it - we'll just keep it between us. It's cheesy as all get out, the radio edit sounds like Savage Garden set to a mediocre house beat. But it really does capture something, it captures the feeling of new love. The rushing exuberance of seeing their face, the moments of quiet euphoric bliss when you're thinking about it to yourself, all the pieces fitting into the empty slots. The song feels like it does when you're walking on the street, the sun is shining in your face, and all of a sudden you stop moving even as everyone else is rushing past you and you smile to yourself, "I'm in love." The standout mix here is the Michael Woods Remix, which gives it a very classic trance treatment and does it especially well. Nothing unexpected here, just really digestible vocal trance. The Camel Riders Mirage Mix sticks to a house format with a little ambience. The production pulls away from the original feel of the song and makes it sound a bit more solemn. The Club Mix and Edit are pretty much just the same as the Radio Edit, the beat's a little more pronounced and the instrumentation is a little more streamlined.
