Rachel Panay's first release since signing with Act 2 Records is a collaboration with producer Josh Harris, who was formerly with The Passengerz remix team. The first single, “Back to Love”, is an upbeat house track that is already working its way up the Billboard dance charts. Although there are plenty of Josh Harris mixes to choose from, it is the Friscia & Lamboy's Big Room Anthem that does it for me. This is a great debut from Rachel Panay.
